The Motel Association takes complaints seriously particularly when the motel is a member. Written complaints are followed through a formal complaints procedure which, based on natural justice, requires forwarding complainants emails, excluding contact details, to our members for comment. Please state if you don’t want your email to be shown to the motelier concerned.
MANZ reserves the right to publish accolades unless you specifically advise us otherwise.
