We are situated 2 blocks along from the Race Course, TSB Stadium and Pukekura Park Our units are set back off the road giving a quiet location to stay.

There are 22 units (serviced daily), of which 16 are studio (sleep 1-3), 3 are 1-bedroom (sleep 1-4), and 3 are 2-bedroom (sleep up to 5 with foldout couch).
These units consist of 12 studios with cooktops and microwaves, 3 studios with microwaves only and 1 studio with tea/coffee making facilities. 3 one bedroom units with cooktops and microwaves and 3 two bedroom units with full stoves.
